The Department of Education requires schools to have a student collection policy in place for the safe collection of students from school, both during and after normal school hours.
Important: Students can ONLY be collected by their parent or by a person who has been authorised by the parents to pick up their child.
Please note: Photo ID is required to collect a student from school.
If you have pre-arranged a time to meet your child at the General Office, please ensure that you have given them a note to show their class teacher so they can be released from class.
If you are collecting your child because they are unwell, please ensure they have reported to the First Aid Attendant. ALL students must report to the First Aid Attendant if they are unwell before they can be signed out at the General Office.
Please note: It is important that the College is aware of every student’s whereabouts at all times and that we have a record of any illness or injury.
